Diana Ramirez Tinoco
Diana serves as the President of Ryan & Ramirez Business Consulting, Inc. Bringing over 25 years of combined experience in accounting, finance, and audit. She served as Controller where she managed all aspects of financial operations, budgeting, audits, and compliance, while leading the accounting team. Her earlier roles include Finance Manager at a beverage company and Audit Senior at one of the Big Four accounting firms, where she developed a strong foundation in financial oversight and corporate governance.
Rhonda Ryan
Rhonda serves as the Secretary and Treasurer of Ryan & Ramirez Business Consulting, Inc. She graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelors of Science degree, and has been practicing in Houston, Texas, for over 30 years primarily in corporate and partnership tax for large corporations. Over the years, she has started assisting smaller businesses with advice and aspects on beginning a business. Rhonda is a past President of the American Woman's Society of CPAs, and most recently past President of the Accounting & Financial Women's Alliance. She currently serves as the Treasurer on the board of the Church of Christ Student Foundation.
